The studio is situated just a 3 minute walk away from Cala Esmeralda beach. The swimming pool area offers the large adult pool as well as a small children’s pool and sunbathing area. Car hire is not necessary (unless you wish to seek out all the attractions the island has to offer) as everything you need is within a 5 minute walk away. The apartments are very quiet at night and if you crave a little night life, just step out of your front door and enjoy everything Cala D´Or has to offer.

Accessibility
There are around six steps into the complex. From there, there is a lift and ramps for access by wheelchair.

Shared pool and children´s pool with sunbathing area.
Coast/Beach
Walking distance to Cala Esmeralda beach is around three minutes. Cala Ferrera and Cala D´Or beaches are around a ten minute walk whilst the marina at Cala d´Or is about a fifteen minute walk and worth every minute of it!
Travel
Nearest airport is Palma. Car hire is not essential but if you would like to visit some of the towns, villages and attractions it would be advisable to hire. Transfers can be found at resort hoppa and cost around 30 euro each return.

Nearest town is 3 mins walk, which is full of bars, restaurants and activities.

Booking notes
50% must be paid on booking and the balance paid 6 weeks before arrival, we also require a £100 security bond, payable with deposit, which will be refunded 5 days after your return. If bookings are not paid on time we reserve the right to re-rent the property without your 50% being refunded.
Daytime flights are preferable so our English rep may meet you with the keys.

La experiencia en Mallorca ha sido muy buena. Por un lado el apartamento me parecio estupendo, acogedor, limpio y muy comodo. Además bien situado ya que está apartado pero no queda lejos de la zona de ambiente. La isla me gustó mucho, no habia estado nunca, en concreto Cala dór me parecio un sitio con mucho ambiente y muy bonito.

About the owner
My wife and I live in England with our Spanish dog Rufo, a Podenco Andaluz mix no less! We both work, however when holidaying we split our time between Cala d'Or and Malaga, the latter being my wife's birth place. We both speak English and Spanish having lived some years in either country. Naturally we both love Spain, whether we be in Mallorca or on the mainland.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We fell in love with Mallorca and Cala d'Or whilst holidaying on the island in 2007. Cala d'Or has enough going on to cater for the younger visitors but is also far removed from the noisier resorts which is ideal for families or those seeking a little peace and tranquility. The golden beaches and palm tree backdrops are gorgeous and there's a plentiful array of bars, restaurants and activities to suit all tastes. Palma is only a small drive away which makes airport transfers and visiting the city a doddle!

Our studio is located just a 3 minute walk from Cala Esmeralda, a stunning bay with secluded beach.
The little train stops just outside the apartment block on it's way round the resort.
The nearest supermarket is just a 3 minute walk away for your amenities.
