This is a great property with an even better location, just 2 minutes walk from a beautiful safe beach where you can watch the famous Ibiza sunsets. The house is fully equipped with all mod-cons including Sky TV, computer and internet access with wifi, dishwasher, washing machine etc, all to make your holiday more comfortable and relaxing. The villa has air-conditioning and a BBQ and the newly built pool has large terraces with sunloungers. There is an additional terrace leading off from the open plan living space which is ideal for a chill out area with its whicker chairs or as an outdoor dining area. Just a 15 mins walk along the sea front to the busy resort of San Antonio with its nightclubs, shops, bars and restaurants and 5 mins walk from the house to the Bay area with also many restaurants and bars and entertainment places, loads for the kids. You´re never far from anywhere or anything you need yet when in the villa grounds you feel a million miles away from everything.

Changeover day
Changeover day is a Saturday. Check in is after 3pm on the saturday of your arrival. Clients need to vacate the premises by 12 noon on the day of departure.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach of Es Pouet is just 200 metres away down a country lane, such an ideal location! From here you can take a bus, boat or water taxi to many other beaches in the area such as Cala Conta, Cala Tarida, Cala Bassa. 15 minutes walk to busy San Antonio just 5 minutes walk to local shops and restaurants and kid activities. You can walk everywhere. No need for taxis or hire car unless you want to tour this small and beautiful island.
Golf
Golf course just 20 minutes away by car.
Travel
The villa is 20 minutes by car from the airport of Ibiza and the same from the port in Ibiza town. There is a port in San Antonio itself which has ferries from the Spanish mainland and is only a 5 minute drive fromo the villa. No car hire necessary.
Distances
San Antonio...5 mins by car...15 mins on foot.
Ibiza Town...20 mins in car/taxi.
Booking notes
A security deposit of 500 euros (£385) in CASH is required on arrival at the property and will be reimbursed by bank transfer 3 days after the day of departure once the property has been checked for breakages and damage.
To make a confirmed booking on the villa we require 50% of the total price of the holiday to be sent by bank transfer. This is non refundable. The remaining 50% will be paid in CASH on arrival at the villa.
