A 5 minute drive takes you to one of many sandy beaches and safe bathing areas. Bars and restaurants in the nearby historic villages are in abundance offering a variety of local produce or fine dining. Nearby golf courses include the Pula golf course (host to the annual Mallorca Classic). There are a variety of courses to suit all levels within close proximity of Villa Albatros. Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is designed on 2 levels. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, are situated on the lower level. The living area, pool and outside terraces accommodation, together with the separate Annexe (bedroom 4), are situated above. All bedrooms and living rooms have superb sea views. The en-suite annex (bedroom 4) would be ideally suited to a honeymoon couple or anyone seeking a romantic break. The villa enjoys air-conditioning and central heating throughout.

Accessibility
Whilst the villa is not designed for wheelchair access, there is living and sleeping accommodation within the upper level. There are a few steps however, leading from the upper parking area to the villa. Car parking for 2 cars is solely for the use of the villa (private car park above the villa entrance).

Outside
There are several outside living areas joined by open terraces, accessed directly from the open plan internal accommodation. The large pool area (with large well maintained pool) also comprises a covered bar and large dining area (seats 8). Furniture includes sofa, chairs, coffee table and bar seating. Another dining table area looks out across the bay and has seating for 4. There is a particularly romantic view of the sea from a table and seating area on one corner of the terrace. The panoramic views of both sea and mountains can be seen from every aspect of the terraces and villa.

Coast/Beach
Casa Albatros overlooks the bay. The nearest small beach and restaurant is 3 mins drive. Canyamel village and resort with a large sandy beach, tennis courts, bars and very reasonably priced restaurants is approx 5 mins drive. Cala Ratjada a fishing port (and ferries to Menorca) with a promenade, excellent shopping, nightlife, good bars and restaurants etc is approx 10-15 mins drive.

Palma international airport is approx 50 mins drive. Car hire is strongly recommended.
