Changeover day
Unless by prior arrangement, stays are Saturday to Saturday. Departure - vacate by 11am. Arrivals - 3pm. Keyholder will welcome you to site and offer on-site support throughout stay.

Outside
Very well maintained and attractive pool area within manicured, landscaped gardens. Pool is a good size and is surrounded by sun loungers.

Coast/Beach
The sea is literally 50 metres away and the nearest beach is only five minutes walk away and is safe, clean and beautiful. Very good for families. There are other beaches of all shapes and sizes within easy walking and driving distance, including the charming fishing harbour of Porto Cristo, with its pretty beach and array of restaurants and bars only 5 minutes away by car/taxi or a 20 minute walk.

Golf
Val D'or and Pula and many other superb clubs and courses nearby.

Special interest holidays
Horse riding, snorkeling, scuba, sailing, tennis and many other activities available nearby.

Travel
Palma airport is only 45 minutes away by car, reached by very good and rarely busy dual-carriageway. Car hire is available, easy and cheap from the airport - recommendations available on request. Taxi would be approximately 50 Euros but as Mallorca is such a pretty and variable island, a car is highly recommended.

Distances
Numerous beautiful, interesting and varied ports and towns are easy driving distance from the villa, including Son Servera, Sa Coma, Cala D'or, Porto Colom and Alcudia. A superb location to explore the beautiful and varied island of Mallorca.

Further details
Porto Cristo is adequately equipped with local, quaint stores and also good-sized supermarkets. There are numerous restaurants and bars in Porto Cristo, to suit all budgets and tastes. Nearer still, there is a small, very friendly restaurant within walking distance and a beach bar/cafe on all beaches nearby. There is also a five-star hotel and complex within walking distance, surrounded by small restaurants and supermarkets.

Booking notes
25% non-refundable payable upon booking; full balance 6 weeks before departure. Last minute bookings - total amount is payable immediately. A £100 cheque as security deposit is required and will be returned within 10 days of holiday when inspection is complete. 2008/09 FY only - cleaning charge £35 payable.
