Outside
The private garden and carport is a fantastic barbecuing area and can park 2 small cars. The roof terrace with its beautiful views is a great place for a few sundowners and private and secluded sun-bathing.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach/port is approximately 5km away and not only offering some time in the sun, but also a great place to go for wining and dining.
Golf
In Andratx you are about 12 minutes drive form Santa Ponsa golf courses, which are superbly manicured.
Special interest holidays
This little home away from home, is in a great location for hikers just being at the south west foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, there are many great walks for avid hikers to people who would just like to stretch their legs in the countryside. Other outdoor activities available in the area and around include, climbing, sailing, windsurfing. There are also some great roads for motorcyclists. And just 10 minutes drive there is a local vineyard where you can go winetasting.
Travel
The only international airport on the island is on the east side of Palma and takes about 45 mins by car, car hire would be advisable.

5km from Port D'Andratx, 8km from Sant Elm, 10km from Santa Ponsa, 25km from Palma de Mallorca.
Further details
Just a few minutes walk from the village centres shops, bars, supermarkets and the Wednesday outdoor market. A few minutes walk from the village ourdoor swimming pool which is great for adults and especially kids.
