This apartment is on the top floor of a 2 storey building and is all on 1 level. The living/dining room has patio doors which open the full length of the terrace overlooking the beach. There are 3 very large bedrooms and two bathrooms and has the benefit of part air conditioning. This apartment is in a quiet location, ideal for families and safe for children as there is direct access to the beach from a private path. There are an abundance of bars and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk which makes this a perfect self catering holiday for families. There is also a very large supermarket within a 5 minute walk and a small supermarket round the corner.

Changeover day
Changeover can be any day of the week, depending on existing bookings and I will be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure times, depending on same day changeover.

The main bedroom has a super king size bed and air conditioning. The second bed has another king size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. |

Both bathrooms have a bath with overhead shower, toilet, bidet and sink. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster and has patio doors which open up onto the very large terrace. |
| Living Rooms: |
This very spacious living/dining room has 2 very comfortable sofas and seating at the table for 6 people. There is a TV which has satellite and a few English channels, i.e. BBC world and eurosport etc. |
| Other: |
The outside balcony runs the whole front of the apartment and has a table and chairs for 6 people and also 4 reclining chairs with large padded cushions. The view from the balcony is outstanding. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
The apartment will be cleaned before and after each rental and towels and linen are provided. No beach towels are provided. |
Notes on accommodation
This property has part air conditioning/heating in the living room and main bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms both with baths and overhead showers. The apartment is very spacious with a dining area and 6 chairs and 2 comfortable sofas. The large patio doors open full length onto the terrace with the wonderful views.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor and is only accessible by a staircase. There is immediate access onto the beach through the private courtyard which is used only by clients and there is no need for any children to go through the electric gates onto the road as this is completely closed off except for access to the beach. This part of the beach is quiet with sunbeds and sunshades to hire, there are no hotels directly next door to the apartments.
Outside
There is a large table and chairs on the balcony overlooking the beach and also 4 very comfortable reclining sun chairs. There is a clothes horse to hang towels etc.
Coast/Beach
This apartment is directly on the beach. You can walk the full distance of the beach to the Port of Alcudia as there is a footpath which runs the whole way.
Travel
A car is not essential as taxis can be arranged to pick up at the airport. There is a bus service less than a 5 mins walk away and a taxi rank within a 10 mins walk.
Booking notes
A deposit is required on booking and the remaining amount is payable whilst on holiday in euros cash.
