| Other: | Wireless internet connection, so bring your lap tops. This villa is not suitable for noisy groups as it has a couple of quiet neighbours. Perfect for families. |

For stays of over a week cleaning is once weekly. For an extra cost payable to cleaner, daily cleaning and cooking babysitting is possible. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is child friendly having two sets of gates to the entrance and fence and gate separating the pool area from the entrance of the villa.
Accessibility
The villa is on level ground making it suitable for a wheelchair, the driveway does have gravel. The road from the villa to town has a grass verge being fine for walking but not suitable for a wheelchair.

10 minutes walk to the yachting marina and the beaches and bays.
Santa Eulalia beach has a long promenade with café’s restaurants and shops.
The end closest to the Villa does not have sun beds, the far end of the beach does, this is just 15 minutes walk away. There are also some very interesting bays that are about 15 minutes walk from the villa in the opposite direction of Santa Eulalia.
Golf
The closest Golf courses are just a 10 minute drive away. In Roca Llisa.

Further details
There is a caretaker living on the first floor, she will not intrude on your privacy in any way as there is a seperate entrance that does not go through the garden nor overlook the villa or garden in any way. If you need a babysitter or extra cleaning or cooking shopping or even transport this can be provided at an extra cost.

A 50% deposit to confirm booking and the balance 4 weeks before your stay.
