A wonderful top floor apartment on a private picturesque complex which has well maintained communal gardens and swimming pool area. There is direct access to the sea by ladders from the rocks. The views from the complex are stunning over looking the Cala Ferrera Bay. The nearest shops, bars, restaurants and beaches are only a 2 mins walk. It is a 10 mins walk to Cala D'Or centre and a further 5 mins will take you to the beautiful marina. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a modern interior and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. It also has Sky TV, Broadband (additional cost), Playstation 2 and washing machine. The balcony overlooks the mature gardens and has sea views. All our guests will receive a free welcome pack on arrival.

Changeover day
Flexible subject to availability. Guests can access the apartment after 2pm on arrival day and must vacate the apartment before 10.30am on day of departure.

Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and drawers.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
Main bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
Hairdryer supplied.
Kitchen: Cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron and adequate utensils and cutlery.
Utility Room: Washing machine (located within main bathroom).
Living Rooms: Dining area with table and 6 chairs is located next to the kitchen. The lounge has a 3 seater sofabed and a 2-seater sofa, Sky TV, Playstation 2, CD player, has large glass sliding doors leading onto the balcony which has views of the gardens and sea.
Other: The balcony has a table and chairs. The apartment has heating facilities for winter lets which include a gas wall heater and additional oil filled radiators.
Cleaning/towels/

Towels and linen are included. The apartment will be cleaned for arrival followed by a weekly clean/change of towels and linen. Additional cleaning and change of linen arranged at extra cost. Please bring your own beach towels as these are not provided.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has 2 floors with the upper floor being accessed by a spiral staircase. There are portable oil filled radiators for winter lets. The apartment is non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke outside on the balcony. For your security and peace of mind there is a security safe located inside of the apartment.

Accessibility
Due to 3rd floor location and internal spiral staircase it is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Outside
The apartment is on a well established private complex and is extremely well maintained. There are lovely gardens, excellent pathways and beautiful mature pine trees. The car park is secure as guests enter through a security gate and even in the busiest summer months there are parking spaces available. The pool is for the use of guests staying in the apartments and offers stunning sea views from the extensive sun bathing area which surrounds the pool. There is an on site reception office manned everyday from 10.00 - 13.00 during April to October.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is perfectly placed as it is situated in between 2 beautiful sandy beaches both of which are less than a 5 minute walk. The beaches are sandy and very sheltered bays fringed with pine trees and craggy rocks. The warm waters are still, calm and crystal clear and perfect for swimming, snorkelling or diving. Sun beds are available for hire and all beaches have excellent amenities.

Golf
Vall d'Or is the nearest golf course and this is a 15 minute drive from the apartment. This 18 hole course offers some stunning views across the countryside to the sea. There is a practice green and a driving range. The club house has all the desired changing facilities, a pro shop and there is a beautiful restaurant which offers more fantastic views. Club, trolley and buggy hire is available.

Travel
Palma airport is a 45 minute drive from Cala d'Or. Guests can either book a taxi from the airport, hire a car from the airport or hire a car locally in Cala d'Or. There is also a shuttle bus service from Palma airport to the resort which is bookable in advance at a cost of approx £20 per person return.

Further details
There are several other large pools which can be used free of charge on the 2 complexes besides the apartments. These are only 250 meters away and have full snack bar facilities and adult/children swimming pools and daytime/evening entertainment.
The nearest supermarket is a 1 minute walk from the apartment. With several other larger supermarkets located within a short walk.
All shops, bars, restaurants, cashpoints, etc are within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. There are 2 playgrounds and amusement arcades also within a 5 minute walk. The resort centre is a 10 minute walk and here you will find many fantastic restaurants and bars catering for every taste. The fabulous marina is another 5 minute walk from the centre and here you will find more superb restaurants and a beautiful ambience especially in the evening time.
There is a boat tour which leaves nearby which takes you along the coast visiting Cala Figuera, the National Park beach of Cala Mondrago and other beautiful places. A local bus can take you into Palma for the day and local car hire/money exchange places can organise trips to many of Mallorca's attractions. A day out to Aqualand one of the islands water parks is a great day for the children and adults alike.
Mallorca has some spectacular caves at various locations around the island. Probably the most spectacular are the Caves of Drach (Coves del Drach) at Portocristo.
The Sunday morning market at Felanitx is recognised as being one of the best in Majorca. Also the fruit and produce markets at nearby Santanyi every Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

Booking notes
To secure your booking a 25% deposit will be required. A further 50% is required 12 weeks before your holiday and the remaining 25% balance is due 8 weeks prior to your departure. We will also require an additional £100 damage deposit which is refundable after your stay should no damages be reported. All keys, maps etc will posted to you 7 days prior to arrival.
