Separate or combined bookings are possible. Children are welcome and equipment like pushchairs, swings and slides can be provided at no extra cost. The property is self catering but a personal chef service can be arranged that will satisfy even the most discriminating palate. Special services and requests will be considered.

Notes on accommodation
Both houses have air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom. Full central heating with radiators throughout. There is a separate laundry with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.
Accessibility
Due to the hilly village location and many old olive terraces, there are numerous steps which may provide problems for those with mobility issues.
Outside
Stunning infinity pool approx 8m x 5m of varying depth. Many terraces equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs from where you can enjoy the breathtaking views and watch the sun go down.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Santa Ponsa, Peguera, Palma Nova are all within a 30 mins drive.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses within a 30 mins drive.
Travel
Palma Airport is 35 mins drive away. We strongly recommend car hire and can give you details of local firms who can deliver a car to the airport for you, avoiding the need for lengthy queues and paperwork on arrival.

Further details
Puigpunyent has a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as banks, a supermarket and chemist. The luxurious 5 star hotel Son Net, owned by the Stein Group is just above the village.
Booking notes
To secure a booking we require 30% non-refundable deposit.
Full balance is due 1 month before the booking starts.
There is refundable damage deposit of £500 payable on arrival. This will be returned to you on departure, providing of course there has been no damage caused.
