Accessibility
The villa is on one level giving it easy access for those with mobility problems. Although there are steps leading to pool area.
Outside
The outside is like walking into an oasis, surrounded in palm trees with a wonderful tranquil feel. The courtyard has dining for 8 people, banquette chill out area, BBQ and outside shower. The natural pool area has 8 sunbeds and sun terrace with a view overlooking the countryside. There is a shaded seating area with bbq and power. Outside speakers so you can listen to your music all day long...
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of Cala Conte, Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida are all within 5/10 minutes drive. Cala Jondal is 15 minutes drive with some fabulous beach restaurants.
Travel
Ibiza airport is 20mins. Airport pick up available on request.
Booking notes
50% non refundable deposit upon booking. 50% 8 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit on arrival.
Rental period is from 4pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.
