Accessibility
The apartment is suitable for all ages of people, there are extra wide doorways suitable for wheelchair users. There is a lift down to the pool area. The apartment is on the first floor you enter from street level no steps or stairs. Private car park to the rear of the property for guests only.
Outside
The apartment has its own swimming pool, only for use of guests staying at these apartments, it also has the use of all of the facilities of the Delfin Mar Hotel, outdoor pool, and heated indoor pool, gym and sauna which is directly opposite the apartments.
Coast/Beach
Only a 2 minute walk to Santa Ponsa beach and its amenities.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses in Santa Ponsa only a 5 minute taxi ride away.
Travel
Car hire is not neccesary as the apartment is centrally located to all amenities.
Distances
Nearest supermarket 2 minutes walk, beach 2 mins, Magalluf 15 minutes by car or bus, Central Palma 25 mins drive.
2 water parks in Magalluf, pirates adventure plus, plus, etc only a 8 euro taxi ride away.
Booking notes
A deposit of £200 per week on booking and balance to be paid in sterling on arrival day.
