Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week. Air conditioning is available at an extra charge and is metered. Long term off peak rental is available from October at 3.000 euros per month based on a minimum of 3 months rental.
Changeover day
Friday. Customers are requested to arrive no earlier than 2.00 pm and to vacate the villa no later that 10.00 am - this is necessary to allow for cleaning.

Outside
Superb crescent shaped infinity pool with amazing views out to the sea and islands beyond. The villa is located on the West coast of Ibiza which boasts the most spectacular sunsets of the island. There is a beautiful covered cushioned chill out area next to the pool. On the terrace is an outside dining area (seating for 8) with a gas fired BBQ.
For relaxing during the day there are brand new teak sunloungers. The terraces overlook the lush tropical floodlit gardens.
Coast/Beach
The villa overlooks Cala Conta beach and is a short walk away. This beach boasts the best sunset views on Ibiza. Cala Conta is highly regarded as one of the best beaches in Ibiza with beautiful white sand and crystal clear turquoise water.
Another great beach, Cala Bassa is a 5 minute drive.
15 mins drive to Cala Jondal beaches (Blue Marlin and Tropicanna beach clubs). The famous Salinas beach is a 20 minute drive away.

The pretty village of San Jose (5 mins drive) has a great supermarket with a butchers selling fresh meat and fish. There are 3 banks/cash machines in the village. A great juice bar and lots of little cafe's and bar's plus a pharmacy. San Jose boasts some of the best restaurants in Ibiza. KM5 is a bar, restaurant, chill out, club open every night and throws weekly parties throughout the summer. Trattoria del Sol is a beautiful Italian restaurant set in an old Finca with amazing courtyard/terraces. A wonderful dining experience.
Can Domingo set in the countryside of San Jose is often recognised as one the best restaurants in Ibiza run by a French family. Destino in the village of San Jose serves the best tapas selection ever! Es Galliner is great for hearty homemade Spanish cuisine. Can Verge on the road out of San Jose towards San Antonio is great for pizza's. Es Boldado overlooking Es Vedra and Cala D' Hort beach is a great restaurant for amazing seafood. Yumangi at Cala Jondal beach is also great for seafood.
The Jockey Club at Salinas beach is very famous in Ibiza and is well worth a visit to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
Booking notes
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival. A 1.000 euro security deposit is payable upon arrival and collection of the keys.
The owner has available for charter a 60ft classic ocean going motor yacht , a beautiful 60ft classic sailing yacht and a 50ft modern Italian fast sportsboat. A fantastic way to visit the stunning beaches of Formentera during your stay.
