Accessibility
Complex is on a very slight incline with a few steps dotted all over in order to reach the pool, however this apartment is on the flat and easily accessible.
Outside
The complex has beautiful well maintained gardens and a large shared swimming pool and children's pool. Apartment includes barbeque and 2 lovely large terrace areas/garden with table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The Port of Addaya is a 5 mins walk away with a coffee shop/bar. The tourist beaches of Na Macaret and Arenal d'en Castell are 5 minutes drive away.
Golf
There is a golf course less than a 10 mins drive away, Son Parc Golf.
Special interest holidays
Scuba diving is enjoyed from the port of Addaya with a local diving centre 2 minutes from the apartment.
Travel
Mahon airport and port is a 20 minutes drive away, either by taxi or car. Unless you wish to do nothing other than lay by the pool, a car will be necessary.
Distances
Mahon is a 15 minute drive away, a bus does go regularly from Addaya in the summer months. Monte Toro (the highest point of the Island) can be seen from the terrace and is also a 20 minute drive away. Ciutadella is the old capital and takes 45 minutes in the car, close to which you can also find 2 aquaparks.
Further details
Money exchange can be done in two different places, both 2 minutes away although a cashpoint is a 5 minute drive away.
Booking notes
A reservation deposit of £100 is required. A security deposit of £100 is also required and full payment is required 6 weeks before holiday. Security deposit is returned on departure subject to no loss or damage.
