The apartment is located in the Bay of San Antonio on a complex called Port Bou. It is very tastefully furnished and has all of the facilities that you will need to enjoy your stay. It has been furnished like our own home. Looking out from the apartment there is a sea and sunset view and looking to the right across the bay you will see the sunset bars of Cafe Del Mar and Mambo. The complex is private and residential and does not have any bars or restaurants on site. However just a short walk away you will find the sunset bar of Kuhmaras as well as many restaurants and bars of San Antonio bay.The Apartment also benefits from free Wi Fi and sky TV.

Booking notes
Deposit required for booking £200 and balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. Once the payment is made in full for the apartment it is non refundable and non transferable to a third party. There is also a damage deposit of £200 which is refundable on a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
If you look at the availability calendar and if anything is in grey this means that we are considering going there ourselves. But please do not hesitate to enquire about these dates.

I am a businessman based in the North East of England and have ran a successful business for 12 years. I am married to Gillian and together we own the apartment.
We have 2 grown up children and have been married for 23 years. We take great pride in our apartment and treat it as our second home.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We purchased the apartment 6 years ago,the main reason for buying it is was simply the location,the fantastic views and the fact that on the beautiful island of Ibiza there is something for everyone. As you will see from the advert it is a very popular apartment and is full nearly every summer mostly from returning guests. It is on a quiet residential complex in the Bay of San Antonio,but is only a 5 minute taxi ride to all of the action of San Antonio Town. There is a communal pool for the use of residents and also a garage to park any hire car for those who prefer to drive.
