The main bedroom is at the front of the apartment and has sliding glass doors that lead directly out onto the terrace. It has a large double bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. |

Accessibility
The penthouse apartment is two and a half floors up from the car park level. There are no lifts at Las Terrazas. From Las Terrazas it is a level walk to the shops and restaurants of Portals Nous. There is a private stairway (99 steps) leading down to the marina, shops and restaurants of Puerto Portals.
Outside
There are fabulous gardens and a wonderful and large community swimming pool, solely for the guests at Las Terrazas.
Coast/Beach
The beach is accessed within 5 minutes via the private stairway from Las Terrazas down to the marina area.
Travel
Portals Nous is a short 25 minute drive from Palma Airport. The taxi fare is about 28 euros. From the port of Palma it s but a 10 minute drive. Once at the apartment a car is not necessary unless required for touring the island.
Distances
Portals Nous village 200 metres. Puerto Portals marina (by stairway) 100 metres. Puerto Portals marina (by road) 400 metres.
Further details
Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars are located in both Portals Nous and Puerto Portals - as are banks, real estate and yachting agencies.
Booking notes
When securing a reservation, a down payment of 250 euros (for each week reserved) will be required with the balance due one month prior to arrival. The down payment is refundable up to one month prior to arrival, in case of cancellation, but non-refundable after that.
