A sunny super cosy casita in a very quiet area of Soller with spectacular views. Ideal for 2 people the casita gives you total privacy and seclusion. Situated on a large olive grove overlooking Soller, just 10 mins walk through the scented orange groves and you are in the centre of Soller. The casita offers approx 50 sq.m of living area designed in an open plan way to make the most of the spectacular views. It is tastefully furnished, but retains the rustic nature of the area. Large windows and French doors give you a feeling of light and space and makes the most of the idyllic location. Your nearest neighbours are the 2 donkeys who live on the terrace below! Ideal for nature lovers and walkers or for those who just want to unwind and relax and make the most of this magical place.

Prices are for the property per week including cleaning.

Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday but can be flexible.
Departure time is midday and arrivals at 4pm (will be flexible if possible).

Accommodation
Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with large double bed (2 mattresses).
Bathrooms: Separate bathroom with unusual shower feature, built into the rock face.
Kitchen: Fitted kitchen built-in open plan style includes hob, small oven, fridge freezer, toaster and coffee machine.
Living Rooms: Open plan living/dining space with large windows and French doors making the most of the light and spectacular views. There is a wood burner and electric heater also TV, DVD and stereo.

Notes on accommodation
The casita is ideal for 2 people although a cot can be provided for babies. Heating is in the form of a wood burner and electric heater for cooler months.
There is also good car access to the casita and parking.
There is a non smoking policy inside the casita.

Accessibility
Although the casita is on one level it is unfortunately not suitable for those with mobility problems.

Outside
The casita is built within a large olive grove and is totally Your only neighbours being the wildlife and 2 donkeys. Private being surrounded by olive and orange trees. There is plenty of sunny terrace space and grounds to sit and relax.
There is also a barbecue area for you to enjoy dining outdoors.

Coast/Beach
The rugged coastline of Northwest Mallorca has a wealth of beautiful coves and beaches to offer.
The nearest sandy beach is the Port of Soller (2km), a beautiful natural harbour with modern marina, boat trips and rental readily available. Also a small diving school operates from the port.
Deia beach is approx 12km and is a secluded rocky cove with a couple of small restaurants overlooking the sea.

Golf
Nearest golf course 15 mins drive.

Special interest holidays
The area is ideal for those who enjoy being close to nature. Plenty of walking and hiking from the doorstep.

Travel
Palma airport is approx 30 minutes drive/taxi journey from the casita.
Car hire is not essential but recommended for those who want to discover the island.

Distances
Soller (centre) is a 10 mins walk through beautiful orange groves.
Fornalutx, 10 mins drive or 30 mins walk.
Deia, 12km.
Valldemossa, 26km.
Palma, 30 mins drive.
Also good local bus and train service to Palma.

Further details
Soller town has plently of shops, banks and also a good supermarket. There are 3/4 chemists shops and an emergency clinic.
The area has a wealth of wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars to suit all tastes and pockets.
