The apartment has heating for winter months. The lounge has air conditioning. Floor fans in bedrooms. We do ask guests not to smoke inside the apartment.

Outside
Outside there is a large shared swimming pool set in mature well maintained gardens. There is a path (approx 150 yards) leading to a sandy beach with palm trees and sun loungers. There is also a children's play area with swings and slide. Fold up sun loungers are in the apartment for you to use by the pool.
Coast/Beach
Path leads from apartment block directly onto small sandy beach with palm trees & sun loungers. There is a children's play area & supermarket by the beach. Palma Nova beach & resort and Santa Ponsa are about ten minutes by car.
Golf
Several golf courses nearby the nearest being about 5 minutes drive away.
Travel
Palma airport is 25 minutes drive away. Car hire is not essential but recommended if you want to visit lots of other places on the island. Car hire is available in Cala Vinyas Village.
Further details
Cala Vinyas has a selection of restaurant/bars small supermarkets and 2 hotels where you can enjoy evening entertainment. There are several water parks & go karting nearby and Aqualand is a great day out with the dolphin show & safe childrens pool with slide. The pirates family show with dinner is well worth a visit. Portals with it array of fine restaurants & bars is a great place to eat while you watch the world go by around the beautiful harbour. The busier resorts of Palma Nova & Santa ponsa are both only about ten minutes drive or taxi ride as is portells vells with its beach restaurant great for lunch. Palma about fifteen minutes away with its fabulous shops, restaurants & Cathedral is a great day out.
Booking notes
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a booking. Final payment due 8 weeks before arrival. Security deposit of £200 with final payment this will be returned within a week subject to final inspection of apartment.
