The flat has a spacious balcony (furniture for 4 people) with panoramic views over Palma Bay, facing south-east for the morning sun and overlooks Illetas Island. There is sunshine on the balcony until 3 o'clock in the afternoon. A reserved lock-up parking space for 1 car belongs to the apartment. 2 small swimming coves with sandy beaches, safe swimming and a diving school are in walking distance. You can go for a swim before breakfast! The flat is a perfect base for trekking in the Tramuntana mountains (30 -45 minutes driving) as well for a relaxing summer holiday. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banking and medical services in Illetas Centre (1 km). Nightlife, culture, shopping opportunities in Palma City 15km. There is a bus service to Palma every 10 minutes leaving in front of the house.

Airport Palma City (20km), Taxi service 20-30 €.A car is not necessary for a relaxing beach holiday. If you want to explore the mountains and the rest of lovely mallorcan landscapes (with few tourists) a car is recommended.

Booking notes
Available from around 15 May - 15 November each year. The owner is living in Mallorca, if you need individual information on the island. Contact us via email, we will then give you a call and arrange everything. I will send you a booking confirmation which becomes valid after you have paid the deposit (50%) onto my bank account. The down payment is 50% of the rent plus end/cleaning (60 Euros) 14 days before arrival.
