A reserved lock-up parking space for 1 car belongs to the apartment. 2 small swimming coves with sandy beaches, safe swimming and a diving school are in walking distance. You can go for a swim before breakfast! The flat is a perfect base for trekking in the Tramuntana mountains (30 -45 minutes driving) as well for a relaxing summer holiday. Airport Palma City (20km), Taxi service 20-30 €.A car is not necessary for a relaxing beach holiday. If you want to explore the mountains and the rest of lovely mallorcan landscapes (with few tourists) a car is recommended. The Owner is living in Mallorca, please ask if you need individual information.

Booking notes
Available from around 15 May - 15 November each year. The owner is living in Mallorca, if you need individual information on the island. Contact us via email, we will then give you a call and arrange everything. I will send you a booking confirmation which becomes valid after you have paid the deposit (50%) onto my bank account. The down payment is 50% of the rent plus end/cleaning (60 Euros) 14 days before arrival.
