Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is due within 4 working days. Your balance is due 8 weeks before you travel + £300 deposit. If your booking covers two price periods, the resulting daily rates, from each month, will be calucuated to create the villa's price. May - August 2008 sold out. 2009 availability now booking.

Notes on accommodation
Our villa is perfect for a relaxing and safe family holiday and is plenty big enough for two families to share within its new, contemporary living spaces and outside areas. There is parking for 2 cars on site, and 2 more a few yards away. However, it's so close to the sea you do not need a car and it's within walking distance of lots of bars, restaurants, shops, ATM's, the marina etc. Air conditioning within the double glazed villa makes it comfortable however hot it gets, and its cosy in cooler months with its heating too. Internet included too. Inside and outside dining, lots of sun loungers, adjustable shading on the main deck's pergolo to suit your needs. The villa is totally private, not overlooked and has electronic access security for peace of mind. Set in a small gathering of other, high-end private homes and villas. To the rear, a great view of the mountains, especially from the upper room terrance completes this perfect place to spend a week or two.

Accessibility
Our villa has been designed to be totally wheelchair accessible. Being all on one floor, movement is easy within, and onto and around the pool and decks. One bedroom has been designated to be totally wheelchair friendly, as has its adjoining shower room, wc.
Outside
The house is enclosed in its own, irrigated grounds, with some interesting planting and colourful, large pots, full of summer foliage and blooms.
There is a huge BBQ with in built sink, very comfortable, high quality adjustable sun beds, and large dining table with umbrella.
The pool deck has been finished with locally quarried Mallorcan stone that is none-slip and perfect for excited little ones as they enjoy the water!
Coast/Beach
The delightful little beaches of the western end of Peurto Pollenca are only approx 150 metres away! Not far from the centre of this popular resort, these perfect pieces of sand are never fully occupied! The warm sea too is shallow and gently shelving, so very safe for children. Enjoy a sun downer at the famous I'lla D'or terrace bar, while the kids play on the beach or try their hand at fishing off the long jetty.
Golf
Excellent golf can be found at Pollenca Golf, around 10km away. The stunning Alcudia club, is a breathtaking challenge, with a course designed to test the best (20km). Club hire available at both clubs. Another 20+ courses are located around the island.
Travel
Travel by air into Palma airport that is around a 50km's drive, and is quick and easy on the completed dual carriageway.
Flights from the UK are plentiful and low cost and travel from all the UK airports. If you need advice on who we have fond offers the best deals, just ask.
If you prefer not to have a car (and you don't need one for this villa!!), taxis are priced at around 60 euros.

Our availability calendar is kept up to date daily.
To request a week or more, just e-mail us and we will confirm price, availability & provide our booking form. If you wish to proceed, a 25% received deposit (cheque, internet transfer or international wire) is required within 4 days of confirming. After that time, the villa is returned to full availability.
The balance is required 8 weeks before your holiday. A reminder will be provided. Once received, directions and key details will follow.
