This apartment offers stunning sea views of the Bay of Magalluf. It has been lovingly refurbished and is presented to a very high standard. The apartment offers air-conditioning, satellite TV, dishwasher etc so all mod cons. Two beautiful pools, a children’s and adults pool. Wonderful sun terrace around the pool, with your own private sun loungers and parasols belonging to myself. The apartment is decorated in a modern, clean, fresh style. This is a superb apartment for a family. I am unable to rent this apartment to young groups as the community requests only families and mature couples/parties. The area of Magalluf, is surrounded by bars, entertainment centres, restaurants, and nightclubs. The apartment is located in the heart of Magalluf.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
The price is based on 4 persons sharing. 5th (child only) - child £75. Fortnightly bookings - 10% discount on second week. Arrival times after 3pm and departure times at 11am.
Winter long term rental available. Avoid expensive British Heating Bills, and escape to Mallorca for 6/7 months. Only 650 pounds per month, if paid up front.
Changeover day
Flexible day of changeover. It depends of previous bookings.

The kitchen is beautifully presented, cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher: why cook! Magalluf offers an enormous variety of restaurants and food outlets. White kitchen units, black marble work top. White crockery and lovely glass ware. |

The living area is open plan to the kitchen. Offers the most amazing sea views. There are two sofas, dining room table and coffee table. The apartment also offers satellite UK TV, you can also listen to all the UK radio channels through this. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included in the price. If you are staying for a weekly visit, there will be left some spare linen for emergencies. If you are staying for a fortnight, a complete change set of linen will be left for your use. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is on the 11th floor within a complex that is cared for and well maintained. There are 4 lifts in total. This complex is not overcrowded in the summer as many residents live here permanently and do not use the pool areas etc. The entrance hall is on the 4th floor. The apartment has been re-furbished with good quality double glazed windows, to block any external noises.

Outside
The terrace around the pool offers a wonderful sunbathing area. There are free to use sun loungers and parasols for you to use, owned by my apartment 11C. The pool is well maintained by Peter - our English Porter who looks after the complex grounds etc. Both pools are large and spacious. From the pool terrace you have access through a gate directly onto the beach. Wonderful and easy location for families.

Travel
Fly to Palma de Mallorca airport (PMI). The best form of travel from the airport to Magalluf is by taxi approx 38 euros depending on pieces of luggage, time of day etc.
Distances
The apartment is based in the heart of Magalluf, where the entertainment centre is. You have a short one minute walk to the first beautiful bay of Palma Nova. Palma Nova offers 4 magical beaches.
Further details
The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, bank, coffee bars and entertainment bars. There are 2 themed water parks, a short distance away. Go kart track. Lots of entertainment for the children, teenagers and adults. Also Magalluf offers the famous - Pirates Show - which is an acrobatic, dinner evening show.
Magalluf is an entertainment area, and is very busy as a party location June to September.
Booking notes
I ask for 50% of the cost of your holiday to be paid to secure the apartment. 12 weeks before your holiday commences the balance of payment. A security bond of £250 is required to cover any damage to the property during your stay and lost keys etc. Please bring in sterling cash on arrival. This will be returned to you via internet banking within 10 days of your return.
