Nightly rate for 2011 - 2012. 4th Jan -3rd June £150 per night, 4th June - 16th Sept £200 per night, 17th Sept - 16th Dec £150 per night, Christmas and New Year £175 per night. (4 nights minimum booking in Low Season / 7 nights minimum June to September)

4 nights minimum booking in Low Season / 7 nights minimum June to September - 30% deposit to secure the dates required. (non-refundable). Rest of balance due 8 weeks prior to start of the holiday. £300 refundable bond is required 2 weeks prior. Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Check-in from 3pm on arrival day and property must be vacated by 10am on the departure day.
