A mature private garden with a 100 cubic metre infinity pool and from the bottom of the garden less than 50 metres from the edge of the harbour.

The nearest beach Sa Mesqueda is only 3 Kms away so within 5 minutes from the house by car.
Golf
Golf is available at Son Parc which is circa 30 minutes away by car.
Travel
The villa is circa 15 minutes from Mahon airport and circa 10 minutes from the ferry terminal. Car hire or use of a car is recommended.

All times are approximate and by car: 5 mins Sa Mesqueda beach. 5 mins Historic fortress at La Mola. 10 mins Mahon historic town. 15 mins Es Castell town and military museum. 20 mins Historic Fort Marlborough. 25 mins S'Algar diving and tennis. 30 mins Son Parc golf.
Booking notes
25% non-refundable booking deposit immediately with the 75% balance payable within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday. When paying the balance a separate Security Deposit will be required at the rate of £150 per rental week.
Assuming that there has been no breakages or damage the Security Deposit will be refunded within 21 days after the expiry of the rental period. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday will require the full amount to be paid immediately.
