Outside
From the apartment door you walk down to the swimming pool area you can choose lying by the pool or lounging by the terrace and enjoy the spectacular sea views. There is also an extra pool for children. Sun loungers are provided free of charge.
Coast/Beach
In total there are 3 beaches all in walking distance. There are 3 or 4 bars which sell food and drinks and also a local spa where you can have a massage.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses in the south west region, the nearest golf course is the Royal Bendinat, which is a 5 minute drive. Within 15 minutes you have the Santa Ponsa, Poniente and Son Vida Golf Club. Discount can be provided.
Distances
Illetas is a 15 minute drive to Palma and a 5 minute drive to the famous port called Puerto Portals where you can see the most amazing yachts, good restaurants, cafes and designer shops. The nearest villages are Bendinat and Portals Nous and close to Palma Nova and Magalluf. Airport is 20 - 25 minutes.
Further details
Diving school, water skiing and a wide selection on water activities are available. Illetas is a quiet bay with a choice of small cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, chemist, etc. There are several 4 and 5 star hotels within walking distance.
We will provide our guests with an information folder with things to do in Mallorca.

A 40% non refundable deposit to be paid to secure the booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
