Casa del Mar is located in a small hamlet off the road that connects Soller and Deia. The whole area is immersed in fragrant pine forests and one can hear the sound of the sea from each bedroom. It is a traditional stone built house but with all the luxuries of modern living. The house was designed by the same architect that built the famous hotel La Residencia, in Deia. The house is 10 minutes drive from the famous artistic town of Deia which has various shops, restaurants, and other services. Casa del mar is also very close to the market town of Soller which has a daily fish market and a nearby port town with some great seaside restaurants. One of the best things about this property is being able to walk right down into the Mediterranean sea then come back and have a BBQ and relax on the terrace and watch the sun go down.

The beach is right below the house. It is a pebble beach and rocky coast.
Travel
45 minutes from Palma de Mallorca airport. Renting a car would be advised as it allows one to visit the neighbouring towns and explore other nearby beaches.
Distances
15 minutes from Deia and 10 minutes from Soller.

Cancellation Policy
a) 30 days or more prior to arrival: 50% of balance will be refunded i.e. not including the deposit
b) 29-15 days prior to arrival: 25% of balance is refunded i.e. not including the deposit
c) 14 - 01 days prior to arrival: no refund will be paid
