Outside
The views from the pool area are stunning. It is surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountains, Puig Major, and the Soller valley with it's orange, lemon and olive groves. The pool is private and there are 4 sun chairs, and if you prefer a parasol. There is an outdoor shower by the pool as well. There are several tables, chairs, benches and sofas for outside meals or relax, and one area is closed with a ceiling if you prefer the shadow. There is an outdoor kitchen as well, with a gas cooker and a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is located in Puerto de Soller, 15 minutes drive by car.
Golf
20 minutes drive to the closest golf course, Son Termens.
Travel
The Palma Airport 40 minutes by car. We can recommend a hire car if you would like to explore the island.
Distances
Walking opportunities are endless, as Fornalutx is located in the heart of the Tramuntana mountains. There is a walking track passing by just outside the estate, which can take you to both Binibassi and Soller.
Further details
There are several good restaurants in the village, which serves both Mallorquin and international food. There are also a couple of bars, where you can find tapas, pizza etc. You can also find a supermarket, a bread shop, two banks, several tourist shops, a pharmacy, and two hairdressers.
