Notes on prices
Prices are for the property - per week from Saturday toi Saturday in UK Pounds. A discount of 10% will be applied for bookings of over 2 weeks. Long term winter lets are negotiable.
Changeover day
The changeover day will be Saturday to Saturday with handover from 15:00 and departure no later than 10:00 to allow sufficient time to clean for the next guests. It may be possible for us to be flexible with changeover days, please enquire further.

All bed linen is included together with 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel each which are replaced once a week. A beach towel per person is also supplied. The villa is cleaned once a week. |
Notes on accommodation
The property benefits from full central heating. There are air conditioning units in bedrooms 4 and 6. All other living areas have room fans. The pool area is gated for child safety.

Outside
The property is surrounded by grassed and gravel garden areas and includes an outside kitchen/barbecue with large dining table. There are a number of sun loungers on the main terrace and by the kidney shaped pool which is the standard 8m x 4m size.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach and bars, known as 'the little beach' is a 5 mins walk from the villa. A further 5 mins walk to the main Santa Ponsa beach and all facilities.
Golf
Santa Ponsa benefits from 3 golf courses all are within a 5 mins drive. Please enquire for further details of course levels and costs.
Travel
Palma airport is approx. 25 mins drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended if you wish to explore the island. However all facilities are within easy walking distance with taxis and buses available in the main area of the town.
Distances
The villa is located on the edge of the town in the residential area of Nova Santa Ponsa. Other towns of interest include Palma Nova and Magaluf a ten minute drive, Upper class areas of Portals, Bendinat and Costa d'en Blanes within 15-20 minutes drive and Palma city around 25 minutes.
Further details
A selection of small supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk from the villa. Larger supermarkets are located on the outskirts of Santa Ponsa with most banks, and a variety of shops located in the town.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount will payable at the time of booking and the full balance due within eight weeks of the commencement of your stay. All fees are quoted in sterling and can be paid directly into our UK bank account.
