Casa Owen is a family villa situated in a peaceful location comprising of 8 villas. Downstairs has a fully furnished lounge with a double bed settee, Nicam TV (freeview), video and music centre. Patio doors open onto a sun terrace, a few steps from a split level pool. The fully fitted kitchen is extensively equipped including oven, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility leads from the kitchen with a washing machine, sink and further fridge/freezer. A downstairs shower room with toilet and wash basin. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool and countryside. There is also a further twin bedroom and large family bathroom with bath and integral shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. The village (200m walk) has a mini supermarket/bakery, newsagents/souvenir shop, 3 restaurants and bars, dive centre and tennis courts. The marina is a 5 minute walk from the villa where there is boat hire.

Notes on prices
The prices for the rental of the property per week are in UK pounds and are inclusive of electric, gas and linen changeover.
Changeover day
Changeover day is preferred on a Friday with the property vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Access to the property is available after 2.00pm on the day of arrival. We will always try to be flexible on these times wherever possible.

Outside
Casa Owen is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, with ample on road car parking. There is easy access from the road up a path through a small garden into the property. The rear of the villa opens onto a poolside terrace which has a large dinning table and 4 patio chairs. There are 4 sun loungers and two reclining chairs and a large patio umbrella. The shared pool has a small children's area with the main pool shelves from approximately 1 metre to 3 metres. There is also a pool side shower and BBQ.
Coast/Beach
There are local beaches at Na Macaret and the famous resort of Arenal d'en Castell both a few minutes drive from the villa. The beach at Son Parc is 10 minutes away by car and is located near the golf course. There are further classic beaches around the Island such as Son Bou, Cala Gardana, Calan Porter, Santa Thomas and many more, an easy driving distance from the villa.
Golf
Son Parc Championship golf club is designed by Ryder Cup Player Dave Thomas and is a 6 minute drive from the villa. This club hosts the Balearic Golf Championships every 3 years and the property has a 20% discount for all green fees and further discount on driving range, tennis, bar food and golf club restaurant. The golf can be pre-booked through contact with the club booking office/shop and is ideal for both the experienced and casual golfers. This 18 hole quality golf course has regular visits from the UK by county golf teams. Son Parc Golf Club is both friendly and informal having a relaxed dress code.
Travel
Casa Owen is only an easy 20 minute drive from the airport at Mahon. Car hire is highly recommended which enables you to explore this unique peaceful island at your leisure.
Distances
2 minutes walk to local shops, restaurants and bars. Na Macaret (3kmm) little fishing village with 3 good restaurants and bars. Arenal d'en Castell (3km) the famous resort with many restaurants, bars and shops. Fornells (9km) a famous fishing village with also many restaurants, bars and shops. This is where the King of Spain regularly visits to dine. Mahon (15km) the Capital has excellent facilities including restaurants, bars and shops with a market twice a week on Saturday and Tuesday.

Fresh bread can be obtained daily from the mini supermarket located 200 metres from the villa Casa Owen. English newspapers and internet facilities can be obtained respectively from the souvenir shop and restaurant/bar available again 200 metres from the villa.
Booking notes
Deposit is £100 per week booked. Balance due 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday or with immediate effect if booking confirmed less than 8 weeks prior to start of holiday.
