Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Access is from 2pm. You are required to vacate the villa by 10am on your last day.

Villa Judy is an ideally situated family villa. It offers peace and tranquility for a relaxing holiday. Air con to living room. And Log burner for winter nights.
Villa Rosa (Ref.no.B2691) and close to Villa Suzanna (Ref B2704) ideal for larger groups of family and friends.
And don't forget the hot tub.

Outside you have a hot tub Jacuzzi. Ample private terracing. Patio furniture and sun loungers. Barbecue.

Coast/Beach
The beach is protected by the cliffs which form the bay and its beach slopes very gently out to sea. The beach has professional lifeguards, bars, restaurants, showers, wc, pedaloes, sunbeds & parasols available for hire. Souvenir shop & free parking.
The island is very easily explored by car and with over 120 beaches and coves you'll always find somewhere new. With the aid of a good map you can find all the hideaway places and the secluded beaches the Menorcan people go to, to escape the crowds

18 hole golf course in Son Parc. Driving range bar and restaurant.
Travel
Mahon airport is approximately 15 minutes drive by car or taxi.
Car hire is not essential but recommended to enjoy the many beautiful places Menorca has to offer.
Regular bus service to Mahon and St Clement.
Quaint train service for local drop off in Cala'n Porter ideal for the ride back from the beach.
Distances
The charming village of St Climent is just 10 minutes drive and offers a further range of shops, traditional English sweet shop, Menorcan bakery, restaurants, bank and bars.
Mahon centre is approximately 20 minutes drive extensive range of facilities and local market. Great for a day out or an evening along the beautiful port.
Further details
There are many local shops, a chemist, hairdressers, supermarket (get your shopping delivered). Bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa that offer plenty of variety for all the family.
Cala'n Porter is an excellent base for a holiday in Menorca.
If you have young children it is clean and friendly. With sufficient night life for teenagers. Yet away from the centre Villa Judy is quiet.
Booking notes
20% non refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. All balances are due 8 weeks prior to departure. Any bookings cancelled within six weeks of arrival date, will not be refunded and therefore we highly recommend that insurance is taken out for this instance.
