Villa Jave was completely renovated in 2007 and is set in approximately 7500 sq.m. of land consisting of lawned areas, a small orchard of various types of fruit trees and plenty of terrace space around a good size swimming pool. The house is fully central heated, and there is also a covered patio, BBQ and roof terrace with spectacular sea views. The main house has three bedrooms and will sleep up to 6, and there is a separate studio that will accommodate 2 more people. The villa is situated midway between the village of Son Servera and the resort of Cala Bona, (both of which can be reached in 25 mins. walk).

The villa is situated in approx. 7500 sq.m. of land with a large lawned area, fruit trees and good sized terrace around the swimming pool (approx. 9m x 4m) with BBQ. There is also a covered patio outside the lounge/dining room and roof terrace above the studio.
Coast/Beach
The harbour resort of Cala Bona and the Mallorcan village of Son Severa are about a 25 mins walk away. The beautiful harbour of Cala Bona is full of small fishing boats, has plenty of Shops and good quality Restaurants and Bars serving a full range of cuisine including simple snacks, local favorite "Panboli", fish/seafood and Meat Dishes, and is the perfect place to enjoy a nice cold beer and the beautiful sea veiws.
Golf
You will find 4 Golf courses within approx. 15kms. of Villa Jave, the nearest being Son Servera Golf (9 hole), and PGA-Pula Golf (18 hole), and there 18 hole courses at both Canyamel and Capdepera.
Travel
Driving time to Palma airport is approx. 1 hour and car hire is recommended.
