There’s also a family kitchen with fireplace, interior courtyard, oil press dining room, many terraces with seating including another kitchen/barbecue pavilion above the large swimming pool. Other facilities include a great tennis court overlooking the valley (with its own small kitchenette and shower), cinema room, pool table, table tennis area and grand piano. A 35 minute transfer from the airport. Both the town and the port of Soller, connected by a scenic tram journey, are just 2km away.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning will be charged extra at the end of the week. There is a large BBQ area overlooking the 16 metre pool which is great for Summer eating. The house is very suitable for children and the gardens are great for exploration.

Outside
Large well maintained gardens surround the property as well as 50 acres of olive groves. There are many terraces for outdoor eating as well as a large 16 metre swimming pool that is completely private.
Coast/Beach
There are two beaches nearby. The local sandy beach is 5 minutes drive away. The local pebble beach which is set among pine forests and is very tranquil is 10 minutes drive away.
Golf
The newest golf course on the island (Son Termens) which is very beautiful is only 30 minutes drive from the house.
Special interest holidays
The house also offers yearly yoga retreats. It is also ideal for those who like hiking. Please enquire.
Travel
The airport of Palma is 35 minutes drive form the house. Car hire is recommended as it allows you to explore the neighbouring villages and sample the local cuisine in the great restaurants on offer.
Distances
Soller is only 5 minutes drive away. The Port of Soller is only 5 minutes away. The famous artistic town of Deia is 15 minutes drive away.

There are many amenities in Soller including large supermarket, weekly food market, great sea side restaurants.
