This luxury, spacious apartment set in its own secure private gardens is perfectly situated on Playa D'en Bossa beach. It has a large sunny balcony with a fantastic sea view. This local area has all you need for a perfect beach holiday, shops, bars, restaurants, water park and not forgetting Space and Bora Bora, all within easy walking distance. The vibrant Ibiza town is 10 minutes away by car or ferry. Just along the shore ferries run throughout the day taking you to other beautiful beaches close by such as Es Cavallet and a trip to Ibiza's sister island Formentera is highly recommended. The airport is also only 10minutes away. Playa D'en Bossa now boasts many fabulous beach bar/restaurants , the places to, ''be seen''! Such as, Ushiuia, Sands, Delano's.....

Access to the apartment is by an intercom entry with stairs or lift taking you to where it is situated on the second floor. It is fully air-conditioned throughout.

There is a lift for wheelchair and pushchair access.
Outside
The beautifully kept gardens and pool give a lovely surrounding in which to sunbath and relax on the sunloungers. From here there is private access to the beach.
The pool is large with a children's section.
The apartment also has its own private parking space underneath the complex, perfect if you choose to hire a car.
Coast/Beach
Playa D'en Bossa beach is the longest beach in Ibiza. On one side the view stretches out with Dalt Villa (in Ibiza Town) up on the hill in the distance and on the other, Salinas another fantastic beach further down the coast.
There are watersports available.
Golf
You can find Ibiza's golf course 15 minutes away by car.

Travel
Car hire is not necessary but recommended if you would like to explore this wonderful island. You can find a car hire company 5 minutes walk away.
Airport is 10 minute drive away.
A free transfer from the airport is included for up to four people.
Distances
Ibiza town is 3km away, 10 minutes by car or ferry or a 30 minute stroll. Here you can visit the historical old town, Dalt Villa, enjoy shopping till late or sit in one of the many cafe's, bars and restaurants.

Everything you may need is within a short walking distance, bars, restaurants, cash points, supermarkets, taxi ranks, pharmacy, a ferry which runs every half an hour in the summer season, a bus stop. There is also a water park, bowling and children's play area.
Ibiza's glamorous nightlife and world famous clubs are not far away, the closest being... Space.
You will find Bora Bora is a short walk along the beach.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for bookings, with the balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £400 or 450 euros is also required which will be fully refunded on departure providing there is no damage.
We provide a free private transfer from the airport.

"We stayed in this great apartment in July 2008 and really enjoyed our stay. It is a modern block with access to a private pool and on the beach front - so you have the best of both worlds. The location is perfect as you can wander down to Bora Bora or to the main road with all of the bars and restaurants but you do not have any of the noise or disruption.
The apartment is modern and well looked after. There is a bathroom and shower room, two good sized bedrooms, kitchen, living room and large balcony. Four people can stay there comfortably. An added bonus is the good sound system and plasma.
The security is good there and the service provided by the owner was great - good communication throughout and really made sure our holiday went smoothly.
I'd thoroughly recommend this to other holiday-makers, especially if you want the proximity of being able to head out to Bora Bora or Space on foot but equally could stay in and have a nice meal out on the balcony." Gemma.
