Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival after 3pm and departure by 11am.

Coast/Beach
The beaches and marina are a just 10 min walk along the picturesque path skimming the bay of Santa Ponsa or a 3 min drive to restaurants, supermarkets and amenities. There are 2 beaches one small pine tree lined near the marina and the other is a beautiful stretch of golden sand with loungers and umbrellas. The impressive bay infront of this glorious beach is regularly frequented by some of the super yachts that come from Port Adriano just around the headland.
Golf
There are 3 wonderful golf courses in the Santa Ponsa area and many more just a short drive away.
Travel
Palma airport is just a 20 min drive, a car is not essential but recommended to take advantage of all the wonderful sights and amenities this holiday destination has to offer!
Distances
The town of Santa Ponsa is a 5 min drive or a 10 min walk, the city of Palma is a 20 min drive, the water parks in Magaluf are a 5 min drive. Potals Nous is only 7 mins away and Port Andratx is about 15 mins away. The expanding Port Adriano is only 5 minute drive.
Further details
Santa Ponsa is in the exclusive south-west corner of Mallorca. The Bay of Santa Ponsa is centred around a large sandy beach and pine wooded park area; there is a further smaller beach and a pretty harbour. Santa Ponsa boasts excellent facilities and amenities associated with a modern resort including a good range of shops and supermarkets, excellent range of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, a sports complex, gymnasium and golf courses.
Booking notes
30% deposit at time of booking and the remaining balance is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. A refundable bond is required on arrival. This is a no smoking villa. Arrival after 3pm and departure by 11am. Departure cleaning fee is payable on arrival of 100 euros.
