And as the island is only 35 miles long, most of them are only a short drive away (there is also a very small beach a couple of minutes walk away). Sol del Este is an urbanisation less than 10 minutes walk from the small town of Es Castell. There is a restaurant/bar and shop within 100 yards of the property.

Changeover day
Friday is the preferred changeover day; however, we shall endeavour to be flexible wherever possible.
The time to checking will be at 2:00pm and the time to checkout will be 10am.
| Bedrooms: | On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the harbour, one with two single beds, a wash basin and a balcony overooking the gardens. On the floor above is another bedroom with two single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | On the first floor is the family bathroom, with a small bath and shower, bidet, basin and WC. It also houses the washing machine. On the second floor is an en suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. |
| Kitchen: | Recently modernised to a high spec, the kitchen has a ceramic hob, a multi-functional oven/grill/microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar. |
| Living Rooms: | Large living/dining room with dining table and four chairs, large sofa and two armchairs. It has a CD/radio and a TV/video with both Spanish and Freeview UK stations. It has large glass sliding doors opening on to the terrace. |

Coast/Beach
Menorca has more beaches than all the other Balearic islands put together! And as the island is only 35 miles long, most of them are only a short drive away (there is also a very small beach a couple of minutes walk away). The harbour and coastal walkway is only yards away, on the other side of the low garden wall, and there are many opportunies to swim from rocks near the house.
Golf
Son Parc golf course is a 20 minute drive away.
Travel
The airport is only 15 minutes drive and the ferry terminal only 10 minutes.
A car is recomended to explore the island although local buses and taxis are available in Es Castell, 10 minutes walk away.

Sol del Este is an urbanisation less than 10 minutes walk from the small town of Es Castell. There is a restaurant/bar and shop within 100 yards of the property. In Es Castell, apart from supermarkets, lively square and many restaurants and bars is the delightful cove of Calas Fons with its picturesque views that can be enjoyed from the many bars and restaurants. There is a bus every 30 minutes for the 10 minute ride to the capital of Menorca, Mahon. Buses can be caught here to many areas of the Island
