Changeover day
Saturday is the normal changeover day but this can be flexible depending upon date of travel.

The villa is brand new and part of an exclusive private development of two luxury contemporary villas. The villas are completed in mid April and available for occupation from June 2008. The pool can be heated at an extra cost of £250 per week.

The infinity swimming pool is 12m x 4m with easy access and is surrounded by garden.
Coast/Beach
There are a number of beaches close by. Within a 10 minute drive are the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia with Calla san Vicente, 15 minutes away. Formentor is also just a further drive form Puerto Pollensa.
Golf
Pollensa Golf is a 5 minute drive. it is a beautiful 9 hole golf course offering magnificent view and excellent greens.
Travel
Palma Airport is just a 35 minute drive away. You will need to hire a car.
