This beautiful apartment is set in the perfect location, whilst being right on the beach in Alcudia, which is reportedly one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, you also have the pleasure of having 2 communal swimming pools to use whilst being right in the centre of the Port, with it's wonderful marina and abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. The balcony to the apartment has views overlooking the beach and of course the marina which on an evening, when lit up, is a spectacular sight.

Changeover day
I am flexible with changeover days - just ask. Depature time is 10am and arrival time is 2pm unless previously discussed. I will be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure times, depending on when I have people in the property.

Bedding and towels are provided and if it is a two week booking an extra set of sheets are provided for you to change. Beach and pool towels are not provided. |

Accessibility
This property is on one level and is on the first floor, there is a lift which goes up to the apartment with 3 steps as you come out.
Outside
There is a very large outside area with beautiful gardens and a swimming pool area which is used solely by the guests of the apartments and this area is looked after and cleaned on a daily basis.
Coast/Beach
There is access to the beach from the swimming pool area.
Travel
Palma airport is 60km away and a taxi can be arranged to pick you up at the airport and take you back, please ask for 2008 prices.
Distances
This apartment is right on the edge to the Port of Alcudia and there is a bus stop and taxi rank to the left of the apartments. It is within easy walking distance to Old Town Alcudia with it's wonderful market on a Tuesday and Sunday and also to Hydropark which is a spectacular water park ideal for adults and children. The buses will take you further down the beach front to the Port of Pollensa or to Old Town Pollensa which is full of history and culture and this is only a 15 minute drive away.

There is a supermarket outside the apartment area and another inside the port.

There is a deposit of 30% payable on booking and the remaining amount is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
