The farmhouse of Son Capellot is more than 200 years old and it is situated in the South-East of Mallorca. Less than 2km from Felanitx with approx 15000 inhabitants. The farmhouse is situated in 50 acres of extensive gardens where you can take a walk and relax. It also has fruit orchards with orange, lemon, olive, pomegranate and almond trees. The pool and the sun terrace are in ideal places for sun worshippers.

Outside
The extensive gardens provide many places to relax in sun or shade with a good book. You are welcome to walk around the 200000sqm of orchards to pick fruits and almonds. The pool of 80sqm is surrounded by a large sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas. There is a BBQ area available for use by the guests.
Coast/Beach
The South-East Coast has a wonderful selection of beaches, from small unspoilt coves to the rolling dunes of Es Trenc. The beautiful beaches of Cala Mondragó, Cala Llombards and Es Trenc are a 20 min drive away.
Golf
Vall d'Or Golf Club is approx 20 mins from the countryhouse.
Son Antem Golf Club is approx 30 mins from our house.
Travel
Palma airport is approx 50 mins away. Car hire is essential. We can help and advice you on this.
Distances
The nearest town is Felanitx with its Sunday market, beautiful churches and busy places with many street cafes. The monastery of Sant Salvador and the Santueri Castle can also be found close to Felanitx with their outstanding views of the Island. The wonderful resorts of Porto Petro, Porto Colom and Cala d'Or are a 20 min drive. The historic city of Palma is only 50 mins drive with its amazing, where you can see the new chapel of Miquel Barceló, the celebrated Felanitx artist.
Further details
Son Menut horse riding stables is 5 min drive from our house. There are many excellent restaurants in the area ranging from ‘Menu del dia’ to Gourmet.
