Positioned 1.5 km south from the lovely town of Calvia in a peaceful and secure setting. 10 mins from many beaches and several marinas and golf courses. A 2 minute drive takes you into the wonderful rustic countryside of South West Mallorca. This small estate offers many different fruit trees for picking, large secure car parking and plenty of space for ball games! The owners live nearby and own a classic motor yacht that may be available for a tour of the South Coast. The finca is fully equipped with central and quiet air conditioning, radios, 2 televisions (Sky) games, huge book, CD and DVD selection. The nightlife of Puerto Portals, Andraxt and Palma are only 15 minutes away.

Accessibility
There is wheelchair access to two ground floor bedrooms.
Outside
The property is set in 30000sq.m of land which is filled with mature almond, olive, pomegranate and fig trees, as well as over 200 orange and mandarin trees. Guests are most welcome to pick their own! The guest finca has been fully renovated with great attention to detail so as to retain the natural, rustic ambiance whilst providing all the modern facilities to make a stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. There are 3 terraces on the ground and first floors of the finca with seating. The private swimming pool and pavilion are adjacent and there are 6 sun loungers, chairs and a dining table to seat 8 as well as a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
Most of the beautiful beaches on the South West coast are accessible within 15 minutes by car. The nearest being 10 mins max.
Golf
There are 5 golf courses within a 15 minute drive, including the Santa Ponca courses. Although ex-golfers, the owners have created a 9 hole 'hit and giggle' course on the land which may be of interest to aspiring youngsters!
Travel
Palma airport is 20 minutes away and a hire car is recommended. The owners can recommend local car hire firms instead of the usual airport hire companies.
Distances
Palma is a 20 minute drive away and most of the South West coastal resorts can be reached within 15 minutes.
Further details
Several supermarkets are available within 5/10 minutes by car and similarly banks, and a huge selection of restaurants, both inland and on the coast.
