Accessibilty is extremely good and suitable for wheelchair access, as everything is on ground floor and close to private parking space.

Large communal pool surrounded by a very spacious sunbathing area with sunbeds and parasols.
Coast/Beach
The port of Addaia has no beach but the beautiful beach of Arenal is just 5 minutes drive away with many bars and restaurants. This large sandy beach has sunbeds, pedalo's and canoes for hire.
Golf
Son Parc's 18 hole golf course and driving range is a ten minute drive away.

Sailing and boating at Addaia and Fornells.

Mahon airport is 20-25 minutes drive. There is a taxi rank at the airport but car hire is recommended to take full advantage of this beautiful island.

Booking notes
£150 deposit is required with booking (non returnable)and to be paid within 7 days of requesting booking. Remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure date along with £150 security deposit. Security deposit to be returned on our receipt of keys and subject to no damages, loss or excessive cleaning required.
