Having the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of the Villa overlooking the Bay of Santa Ponsa and the spacious landscapes that this beautiful country has to offer, and incredibly only a short 20 mins drive to the flavoured cosmopolitan city of Palma with its architecture, culture, designer shops and restaurants. It is also only a short drive to all the main family attractions such as Aqua Land, Nemo Submarine, Golf Fantasia, bowling at Festival Park and many more. Full resort facilities are also to be found in Santa Ponsa.

Accessibility
There are steps leading to the entrance of the Villa, the first floor is DDA accessible with adjacent bedroom. The grounds and pool side of the villa is totally Disability friendly.
Outside
Private swimming pool for sole use of guests, in secure private surrounding gardens. There are a selection of pool/ beach toys for the children. There is an extensive BBQ area, with plenty of external seating to enjoy the outdoors.
Coast/Beach
The small beach is a 2 minute from the villa and the main beach is a 5 minute walk from the villa. Some of the islands best beaches and picturesque villages are just a short drive away, they include Camp de Mar, Andratx, Sant Elm and a little further takes you to the famous villages of Deia home of Robert Graves, and Valldemosa where one can visit the famous monastery and properties of the stars.
Golf
There are several golf courses within a few minutes drive). The Golf course at Santa Ponsa is only a short distance away and Santa Ponsa Golf 1 is available for non members.
Travel
The nearest airport is Palma Airport, taxi service is readily available. Car hire is not essential because Santa Ponsa is within walking distance of the villa, however to visit the island hiring a car would be advisable.
Distances
Santa Ponsa is one of the most picturesque and popular locations on the island, and has so much to offer. The beautiful golden sandy beaches, the clear waters of the Mediterranean sea and beautiful yacht harbours and four breathtaking golf courses. Santa Ponsa belongs to Calvia one of the most affluent and exclusive municipalities in Europe. The resorts of Andratx, Paguera and Camp de Mar are only 10 minutes away by bus or by car.

Booking notes
A 30% non- refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the total cost. No bookings will be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance must be received 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday or at the time of booking (if within 8 weeks). Inventory and property deposit of £200 per rental period must be received along with the balance. Security deposit is refunded in full, subject to there being no damage, within 14 days.
