This beautiful villa is set back from the road, a short walk from the mountainous and picturesque village of Valldemossa. It has a private, swimming pool set in well-kept gardens with a large enclosed rustic area with fruit and olive trees. The privately owned villa sleeps up to 10 people and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A fully equipped fitted kitchen and laundry. You can enjoy a BBQ on the covered terrace, with produce from the local Sunday market and watch the sun set behind the Tramuntana Mountains. Chopin once referred to Valldemossa as ‘the most beautiful village in the world’. This comes as no surprise as it is the home of the 14th century Palace of King Sance and the frescoed monastery where Chopin and George Sands stayed. The local restaurants will tempt you with a variety of food to suit all tastes and budgets. The old square, steeped in culture, has a museum devoted to Chopin.

Accessibility
There are 5 steps up to the property. This must be considered when taking someone elderly or infirm. The property is set in its own grounds which are considerable. It is accessed by a private drive and grounds will accommodate at least 6 parked cars. There is rustic land adjacent to the property and owned by the villa itself. This is also for the use of clients.
Outside
There is a beautiful terrace with a covered awning. The pool is private and not shared with anyone else.
Coast/Beach
The short drive to the nearest Port is 7 mins, a further port at Deia (equally beautiful) is 12 minutes drive away from the villa.
Special interest holidays
This is perfect for walkers. The villa is also just a short car drive (walkable) down to the Port of Valldemossa and well worth the effort.

The nearest airport is Palma and a 25 minute car drive to Valldemossa.

The nearest village of Valldemossa is a few minutes walk away.
Further details
The village of Valldemossa has all you could wish for, a museum, art gallery, fine restaurants and bistros to suit all tastes and budget. There are clothes shops and tasteful souvenir outlets. Valldemossa is host to a Sunday market and particularly noted for selling a variety of beatuful cheeses as well as other produce and merchandise. The Costa Nord venue attracts noted musicians from all over the world.
