'Son Cucut' is a very attractive stone faced finca (farmhouse) 3km from the market town of Algaida. There are tiled floors throughout the house and thick original walls that keep the house cool in summer. An abundance of bougainvilleas, palm, fig and almond trees add fabulous coulour to the maintained garden. The valley is designated as a 'protected area' by the Mallorquin government and subsequently is labelled as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Ideal for families or 5 adults.

Changeover day
Every Saturday - the house will be available from 4pm, guests must leave by 10am on the day of departure to allow plenty of cleaning time.

Outside
The courtyard & garden offer plenty of shade under a variety of trees. Lots of garden furniture including sun loungers, dinning tables and chairs. BBQ, huge private pool.
Coast/Beach
Cala Pi, Arenal & Sa Rapita beaches 15 mins drive. Es Trenc 20 mins drive.
Travel
Palma airport is exactly 20 minutes drive from the house. Car hire is essential.
Distances
The market town of Algaida is 3km offering some of the best traditional restaurants on the island. Banks, supermarkets, cafes, butcher & patisseries are all there. LLucmajor is 7km which offers a fabulous fruit and veg market every Sunday - it also has a brand new leading supermarket.
