A lovely two roomed annexe apartment, set within the grounds of a country Finca with it's 10x5 metre swimming pool. There are private terraces to the front and rear providing sunbathing and outdoor BBQ/dining areas. Only 1 km away is the typically Spanish Town of Llucmajor with its town square, restaurants and bars, shops and large weekly market. There is excellent road access to beaches, golf courses, Palma, the airport and the rest of the Island. Making it an ideal base to tour the Island by car or cycle. There are also buses into Palma from the town.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed, hanging wardrobes, dresser, seating area, optional additional single bed.
Bathrooms: 1, good-sized en-suite with shower, sink, wc and shelving.
Kitchen: Kitchen area with double ceramic hob, microwave grill, toaster, electric kettle, and fridge with small freezer compartment.
Living Rooms: 1, with double sofa bed, coffee table, storage cupboards, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and bedding changed weekly. Property cleaned prior to occupation and by arrangement with the owners during occupation for an extra fee.

Notes on accommodation
Ceiling fans are included in each room. Portable BBQ. The swimming pool is shared with the owners of the Finca only. Additional Fans/Electric heaters are available according to the season (additional cost).
We ask guests to not smoke inside the apartment.

Outside
Private terraces to front and rear. Front terrace with table, chairs, parasol and portable BBQ. The rear terrace is beside the 10 x 5 metre swimming pool and also has table chairs, parasol and sun loungers. The swimming pool is shared with the owners only who have their own private terraced areas.
(There are 2 cats and 1 small dog at the Finca). Car parking for several cars. There is a large garden area to the side and front of the Finca. Splendid views to Randa and Galdent mountains from rear pool area.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of Sa Rapita and Es Trenc are 20 mins drive. Arenal and Can Pastilla 10/15 mins. The pretty coves of the east coast are only 30/40 mins away. The Islands capital, Palma is only 20 mins away and has its own beach, glamorous marina, fabulous architecture and designer shops.

Golf
There are 3 golf courses nearby. Marriott Son Antem, 10 mins. Es Maiores, 15 mins and Son Gual 25 mins.

Travel
Palma airport is only 15 mins drive. Hiring a car is essential.

Further details
Llucmajor has plenty of banks and ATMs. There is also one large supermarket (Mercadona) and other smaller supermarkets plus a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops.

Deposit required of 25%. Minimum deposit of £50.
