The apartment enjoys full sun all day, overlooks the bay of Port de Sóller and the mountains and is located in an exclusive area: in a peaceful location but close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped with the latest modern conveniences. It has a total area of 110sqm. The apartment has a lovely living room (with French doors) which opens onto a private terrace. A private sun terrace just outside the lounge and dining area, with a magnificent sea view creates the perfect environment for a solarium during the day and romantic spot for a dinner in the evening. There's a double bedroom and a double sofabed. The apartment is light and airy but also well equipped for winter, autumn and spring having central heating. There's air conditioning in all rooms. Amenities are only a very short drive or 15-20 minutes walk away. The property has private parking.

Living Rooms: Spacious and comfortable living room/dining room (with French doors), double sofabed, satellite TV and DVD.

Outside
The real bonus is the huge and very well equipped terrace (with chairs and 2 tables) with lovely views and sun chairs perfect to sit and relax.

The shared swimming pool is large and surrounded by a sun bathing area with loungers and chairs. There is a poolside shower and delightful views of the mountains.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is a 3 minute drive to a beach with paddle boats and sunbeds. There is an underwater diving school in the port and holiday makers can hire sail surfers and there are boat trips along a beautiful rocky coastline to other beach resorts and coves.

Golf
Less than 30 min. to spectacular 18-hole golf course 'Son Termens'.

Travel
The airport is a half hour drive by car. Car hire is recommended.

Distances
Nearby are the attractive mountain villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraitx, whilst a little further along the coast is Deia. Sóller and the port are about 30 minutes drive from Palma Airport, and have good connections with railway, tram and bus services.
