Lovely little villa located in a peaceful private resort only 7km from Ciutadela Town. Very nice sea views and to a beautiful lighthouse. Gardens, parking. Only 5 minutes walk to the supermarkets and Marina with all services (restaurants, bars, pubs, chemistry, diving schools, boat rentals, water park for children, mini golf, karting, etc). Only 5 minutes walk to the famous calas (beaches) Son Xoriguer and Cala'n Bosch. You can swim in the sea right in front the house (just as little as 30 steps and you are in the water literally). Ideal for couples with or without children.Nice walks around the area for "romantic sunsets" (the best ones you will never see from Menorca with Majorca Island at the background... you have to see it!). The best little villa in the area for the most relaxing holidays with the sea right in front of it and lovely surroundings.

Notes on prices
Prices are fixed for the property per week in euros and UK pounds shown only as reference as we cannot be in control of exchange rates. Easter time, 450 euros per week. Christmas time, 450 euros per week. We offer special rates for long stays from 3 weeks, please ask.
Changeover day
There is no changeover day, arrival day entrance are at 14pm and departure day property must be left at 12pm.

Outside
Just in front of the property complex there is a lovely footstep that goes around the sea front and you can walk, go running, etc. and see the lovely calas, the lighthouse and the best sunsets in the Island. Just 300m away you will see the Cala N Bosch Marina, where is plenty of nice restaurants, bars, waterpark for children and plenty of day and nightlife, ideal for having fun during your stay. Also you can hire there cars, bikes, pushbikes, boats to go around the calas on your own, go fishing, excursions for diving and snorkeling and many more things... as you can see there is a lot of things to have fun there...
Coast/Beach
Distance between villa and Cala N Bosch is only 5 minutes walk and to Son Xorigue beach 10 minutes walk, and you have plenty of "lovely little calas" between them to get "lost" with your couple, friends, family, which makes this place very special. Calas around the villa are wonderful with white sandy beaches and crystal waters with lots and lots of places where to lay down, take the sun, breathe and relax yourselves...the paradise ! Special interest holidays
Next to the apartment resort, you will find the Cala N Bosch Marina where you can find all sort of activities for adults and children (snorkeling, diving schools, boat rentals, etc) and on Cala N Bosch itself, you have a Water Sports centre to hire windsurf, water skiing, one day small boats rentals for friends, or family, etc. Also, if you like horses, next to Ciutadella there are several Hypic Centres to hire horses for nice beach walkarounds...lovely in summer when sun in going down...
If you do like fishing, the place is perfect and there is plenty of fish around, ideal for families with children that can enjoy of this hobby during their stay, same as snorkeling around the villa area, as the landscapes under the water deserve a well visit and it is worth to get one "single use underwater camera" to keep that moments, you will remember them forever, as many guests already have done and they did confirm to us after their stay...and other things you wish as the area is so nice.
Travel
Nearest airport is Mahon (the only one in the Island of Menorca) to 45kms from the apartment. Hire car is recommended, however there is a bus service from the airport direct to Cap D?Artrutx which takes about 1h approx from the airport to the apartment area (the bus stop is only 10 minutes walk to the villa).
Distances
Nearest town is Ciudadela, 7kms. You can hire a push bike, or you can hire a car to move around the island during your stay. You can hire cars in the airport directly or from your end, before, to avoid any nasty surprises. In High Season, sometimes Hire car companies do "short" on the number of cars, so please make sure you get yours to avoid any problems.
Further details
As mentioned before, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, children centres in the Marina next to the apartment, but also, I do recommend a visit to the Town of Ciudadela and "get lost" on its lovely and narrow centre old streets with lots and lots of history and its beautiful people, always with a smile in their faces for you... happy people! Ciudadela is worth to visit, you will not regret. Promise.
Booking notes
Booking procedure must be done by telephone or email to the details supplied. To get a booking confirmed, 30% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer to our bank account and the other 70% 96 hours before arrival day. 100% of payment must be made before the arrival. Also, it will be a deposit booked of 150 euros (taken in cash) which will be returned at the end of the stay, after checking all OK, nothing broken or missing from the property.

I am a person that loves the relaxing times after months of hard work and I did choose Menorca many years ago as my best place to find the peace and relax we all need from time to time. One day there is like 10 days any other place...you charge your batteries there and that's an incredible feeling...and you always want more, that's why many of our guests keep coming year after year, and friends...hope you share this with me and it will be a pleasure to look after you, your family or friends at our property, hoping you will find the same as I do when I have the time to be there. Why the owner chose a home in this location
This property is perfect for holidays, because even in peak seasons, you do not realize at all as the complex is so quite that you do not get disturbed at all for car noises, etc, etc.
Also, you have Marina Cala N Bosch just 5 minutes walk from there and you have all the things you do need during the day (bar, restaurants, water sports, water park for children, hire boats for a great day out going from Cala to Cala on your own...I do recommend this at least once in a lifetime, etc.) and during the night (pubs, restaurants for real romantic dinners...etc, etc).
The complex also is allocated in one of the best areas from the Island and you have right in front the Cap D´Artrutx lighthouse which is a nice place to be at the Sunset with Mallorca at the background...very romantic..
