A stylish spacious villa which has been renovated to a very high standard. Located in Santa Eulalia in a privileged position which offers magnificent views over a beautiful pine forest and the sea. The large well maintained garden (2500sq.m.) hosts a private tennis court, number of tropical plants, palm trees, fruit trees and grape vines. The sizeable swimming pool measures 15m x 6m and is surrounded by modern wood decking with single and double wicker sun loungers and a shower. The villa consists of a large open plan living room, dining room and snug with huge glass sliding doors leading onto the spacious terraces with built in BBQ. Under the rustic wood beamed porch is the large outside table for alfresco dining which overlooks the garden and pool. The villa was completely renovated in April 2008 and is furnished to a high standard with a contemporary finish. The villa also comes with WiFi a large tennis court in the grounds.

Kitchen: The modern white gloss and glass kitchen is to the rear of the villa with a separate breakfast dining area and includes a washing machine, stainless steel fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Living Rooms: The large open plan living room, dining room and snug with huge glass sliding doors leading onto the spacious terraces with built in BBQ. The living room and snug offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the views, watch plasma TV or listen to music.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning to master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, the further 2 bedrooms are at the rear of the villa which keeps them cool and they come with modern fans. Baby’s cot and high chair available on request. The villa was completely renovated in April 2008, the renovation work included: new handmade wood windows throughout, new stylish flooring throughout, freshly plastered and painted walls throughout, new handmade internal wood doors, new rustic outdoor terrace, modern wood decking around the pool, new contemporary bathrooms throughout, designer white gloss and glass kitchen with brand new appliances, new modern furnishing throughout.

Accessibility
The villa is located within easy walking distance of Santa Eulalia and the beach and is suitable for pushchairs and young children.

Coast/Beach
Santa Eulalia's stunning beach is only 10-15 minute walk. Where there is a beautiful, palm-lined promenade running the length of the broad and sandy beach. Ibiza has over 50 beaches, all with different scenery and atmospheres. Whether you want to party on the beach, chill out in a tranquil cove or join the hippies and their bongo drums, there is a beach for everyone.

Golf
Ibiza's golf course at Roca Llisa is less than 10 mins away by car. There is a difficult 18 hole course and a 9 hole course more suited to beginners.

Travel
25 minute drive from Ibiza airport. 20 minute drive to Ibiza town or you can catch a bus from Santa Eulalia bus station. The harbour in Santa Eulalia offers regular ferry connections to other parts of the island including Cala Llonga, Ibiza Town and the tranquil island of Formentera.

Distances
Local supermarket, pharmacy and a few bars and restaurants are within 5 minute walking distance while the main nightlife of Santa Eulalia is 15-20mins walk. San Carlos 8km. Ibiza old town/port 15km. Ibiza airport 21km.

Santa Eulalia is Ibiza's second largest town with great facilities, exclusive Yacht Marina and boasts powdery soft and spotlessly clean beaches. The main tree lined street, Calle San Jaime is a real melting pot of people, smells and sounds. Closed to traffic in the evening, a traditional Spanish vibe is apparent here and you'll stumble across many bars and cafes with plenty of outdoor seating. Booking notes
You need to send 50% of the total rental price to book the villa, the remaining 50% needs to be paid 1 month prior to your arrival. Security deposit of £750 is also required in case of damages and/or breakages and is refunded one week after your departure providing the villa is left in a good clean condition with no breakages or damage.

We purchased the villa in 2011 as we have been visiting Ibiza for over 10 years and wanted our own base. We had been looking to buy for the last 5 years and eventually found this villa which we think is perfect. The villa was completley rennovated in 2008 combining a rustic yet contemporary feel. We always have great feedback from guests and hope our clients ll enjoy staying in our villa and have a fantastic relaxing holiday.

Fantastic location, walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants but still very private and peaceful. Beautiful gardens, large pool and tennis court. Amazing views from roof top over Santa Eulalia and the sea.
