Built in traditional Mallorcan style to the highest of standards ‘Na Toni’ offers both a peaceful setting and easy access to the local beaches and towns. Set in its own gated and private walled garden with views over the pool to the surrounding countryside. The lounge and dining area opens up onto the large partly covered upper terrace offering an area for alfresco dining. On the lower terrace level there is ample room for sunbathing by the pool or on the large flat grassed area leading away into the garden. There is a BBQ area in the garden by the lawned area. The property has air conditioning to all bedrooms and underfloor heating throughout for winter use if required. It is a condition of rental that smoking is not allowed in the house.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
The house is cleaned and fresh linen and bath towels are provided on arrival and are changed weekly. An additional midweek clean and change of bedding and towels can be provided at an additional cost of £60. |
Notes on accommodation
The pool is located close to the house but is not fenced off. All of the pool can be seen from the terrace but obvious supervision would be needed for young children.

Accessibility
The property is not ideal for wheelchair use as the front and rear are accessed via small steps. In addition the ground floor is split on 2 levels between the lounge and hall / bedrooms.
Outside
The house is set in a large plot with many trees around the outside. Most of the trees on the plot are small almond trees. Around the house there are many flower beds and a lawned area to one side with a BBQ. The large infinity pool (10m x 5m)has steps to the shallow end and has sun terraces around 3 sides. The house has a large terrace with sun shade to part of it leading into the house.
Coast/Beach
The end of the plot is only 500m from Cala Salmonia beach. However direct access is not possible. By car, the beaches of Cala Salmonia and Cala Llombards can be reached in 5 minutes. Cala Llombards is a pretty sandy cove with car parking and is ideal for children. Cala Salmonia is a very quaint cove with small houses and is much photographed, there is also a second cove with a slightly larger beach (still small) at Salmonia (both are accessed via many steps) and are quite popular.
Golf
Val D'or Golf course is approx 15 minutes drive.
Travel
Palma airport is approx 40 minutes drive by car. A car is highly recommended for staying at ‘Na Toni’. The popular resort of Cala D'or is approximately 20 minutes drive away with its large marina and many restaurants. Es Trenc another popular beach is about 15 minutes drive with its blue waters and gently sloping beach.
Distances
Es Llombards and Cala Llombards the local villages are approximately 4 minutes away by car. Santanyi is approximately 8 minutes by car and has a good selection of shops, a large supermarket, restaurants and bars with a traditional old centre near the church with a few bars and restaurants. Local markets are also held here each Wednesday and Saturday.
Further details
Nearby marina Cala D'or, there is chartering available, sailing and different water sports like diving, water ski etc. In the fisherman natural harbour of Porto Colom you will find the most attractive dining in front of the sea, in a idyllic setting. Palma is a beautiful city and has many museums of interest along with many wonderful shops.
