Changeover day
We are flexible with the changeover day, although we prefer Saturdays.
If new tenants are expected to arrive on the same day as your departure, please leave before noon, otherwise we are flexible with your departure time.

Living Rooms: Large lounge with 1 triple and 3 double seater sofas. Includes television, bookshelf stereo system/CD player and air conditioning.
Dining room: In the kitchen area, includes a table and chairs for 6 people.
Other: Large terrace on the upper floor with a table and seating space for around 10 people comfortably with very nice views of the marina and the port.
There is a small private garden in the ground floor, as well as a communal garden with swimming pool
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are provided and the house is professionally cleaned in each change of tenants (if the tenants are staying for more than 1 week, extra cleaning can be arranged)

Car hire is recommended to be able to explore the beaches and nearby villages, although it is walking distance from the centre of Andratx.
