Changeover day
We are flexible with the changeover day, although we prefer Saturdays.
If new tenants are expected to arrive on the same day as your departure, please leave before noon, otherwise we are flexible with your departure time.

There is a shared swimming pool in the communal garden, and a small private garden with direct access to it on the ground floor.

Andratx is actually on the coast. The closest beach to the house (a tiny one) is at 1/2 minute walking distance from the apartment. You can find a big beach in "Camp de Mar" 10-15 minutes by car.
Golf
10 minute driving distance from the closest golf course.
Travel
Airport: Palma Airport, 30km.
Ferry: Puerto de Palma, 20km.
Car hire is recommended to be able to explore the beaches and nearby villages, although it is walking distance from the centre of Andratx.

The apartment is located at a walking distance from the town, shops and restaurants.
Further details
Puerto de Andratx is one of the most exclusive destinations in Mallorca. With vast numbers of trendy restaurants and bars to enjoy with friends or with family.
Activities in the area include: boating, fishing, swimming, scuba diving, horse back riding, nice hiking trails and golf courses nearby.
