Villa in ideal position with beautiful sea views. Corner plot with only 4 neighbours to share pool (neighbours rarely there). 1 minute walk to supermarket and bars/restaurants and childrens play area with inflatables and mini coin operated bikes and cars on track,also various other amusements. 5 minute stroll to beautiful beach, 10 minute stroll to Arenal where there are more shops and bars. Car hire not necessary but available locally if wanted. 18 hole golf course only 10 minutes drive, in Son Parc. Diving school across the road very popular. Water sports available within 15 minutes drive, windsurfing, sailing etc in Fornels. Airport 20 minutes drive. Capital of Mahon with beautiful harbour and shopping centre only 20 minutes drive, there is also a regular bus service to Mahon. There are lots of beautiful places to visit on the island if you want, or you can have a very relaxing time just staying at the villa and enjoying the views watching cruise ships and ferries pass by.

Towels and linen included and changed weekly. Cleaning done on weekly basis if required during a stay of more than 1 week.

Travel
Mahon airport 20 minutes drive. Taxis available or car hire in airport. Car hire is not essential.

Distances
20 minutes drive to capital Mahon. 15 minutes drive to Monte Torro, monastery on mountain, highest point of island with fantastic views across the island. You can drive from one end of the island to the other in approximately 45 minutes.

Further details
Diving is very popular in the area.

Booking notes
Deposit of 25% is required when booking with the full balance due 10 weeks before departure. Damage deposit of £150 is required with every booking and returned 2 weeks after your return provided there is no damage to the property or contents.
