Located on a quiet street just a few rows back from the main promenade. The apartments consisting of a lounge dining area with comfortable sofabed, TV, DVD and CD, leading directly to a private balcony (1st floor) or terrace (ground floor) overlooking the pool area with table & seating for 4 people. The shared private pool also has a small baby/kids pool alongside and there are plenty of sun loungers provided. The town centre, Marina and Pine walk are a short stroll away, there are cafes, bars, shops, restaurants and of course Pollensa's fantastic beaches. The apartments are situated on the first floor (x2) and ground floor (x1) with a balconies overlooking the pool area. The apartment block is very well maintained and until recently was owned by a major hotel group in Mallorca which owns many of the leading hotels in this area including the famous Illa d'or.

There are two golf courses within 10 minutes drive from the apartments, there are 18 holes at Alcanada in Alcudia (7km) and Pollenca (7km) golf course offers a a very good nine holes in addition.

Nearest airport: Palma at 60km. Nearest beach at 300m. Nearest motorway Pollensa at 12km. Nearest ferry port Alcudia at 15km. Nearest railway station: Sa Pobla at 15km. Car not necessary.
Distances
Situated in the North of Mallorca, Puerto Pollenca is a popular family holiday destination. The beaches in this area are second to none. The historic market towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are less than a 10 min drive away and there are a plentiful supply of buses and taxis nearby should you not wish to drive.

The historic market towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are less than a 10 min drive away and there are a plentiful supply of buses and taxis nearby should you not wish to drive. The local markets days on Sunday (Pollensa and Alcudia), Tuesday (Alcudia) and Wednesday (Puerto Pollensa). These towns also contain a fantastic collection of bars, restaurants and an array of shops featuring ceramics, art and crafts plus other local produce. The area surrounding Puerto Pollensa contains some of the most dramatic and amazing scenery to be found on the Island. The area is particular popular with cyclists and walkers outside of the hot summer months. A little further north you can find one of the most picturesque beaches in the Med, the beach at Formentor (once used in the Bounty adverts) can be reached by ferry which is a short stroll from the apartments
Booking notes
Please note: we can arrange to collect you from the airport and drop you back off at the end of your holiday (please ask for details when booking). Transfer after 20.00 and before 6.00 in the morning will be subject to a surcharge. 25% Non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. (along with refundable £150 deposit taken against damage or excessive cleaning). Payment can be made by bank transfer in sterling/euros by credit card (2.5 surcharge applies).
