Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible to assist you getting the best possible flight prices. Check in time 3pm and check out time 11am. If there is a late arrival following we can possibly accommodate a later check out, this also applies for check in.

Bathroom 2 - walk in shower, wc and wash basin.
Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.
Kitchen: The modern kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob/grill, kettle, toaster, microwave plus all crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Utility Room: Fully equipped utility room includes washer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
Living Rooms: Furnished with large leather sofa, easy chair, lamps, coffee table, TV, DVD, satellite TV and hi-fi. Also small dining table and chairs. Air-conditioning.
Other: The apartment has a very large private terrace with table chairs, parasol and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the sunshine all through the day and evening. The terrace is fantastic for alfresco dining.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment is cleaned prior to your stay and all bedlinen and towels are provided. For two week stays there is an intermediate clean. Please bring own beach towels.

 

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is easily accessible for families or people with mobility problems. The apartment has its own private car parking space within the gated complex. The apartment is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the terrace. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Outside
Very large communal pool set in attractive gardens with waterfall feature. There is also a small pool bar located on an island accessed by a bridge. The pool bar serves drinks and ice creams.Tennis and short tennis courts. BBQ area. Access to the complex is via a security gate. Private car parking space for the apartment.

Coast/Beach
There are two beautiful beaches within 5 minutes walk, both sandy sheltered coves with beach bars. Further beaches are only minutes away including the fabulous Mondrago beach situated in the Mallorcan National Park.

Golf
The 18 hole Vall d'Or golf course is a 15 minute drive away with its excellent fairways, greens and stunning sea views. The clubhouse has a large bar and restaurant open to non-members and also a beautiful terrace bar for relaxing on after your game. Clubs, trolleys and buggies are available to hire. The course is open all year round but it is advisable to book during the peak months of July and August.

Travel
The property is a 45 minute drive from Palma airport on pleasant quiet roads. A taxi from the airport costs approx. 60 euros. Car hire is available at the airport, we can recommend companies for those wishing to pre-book their hire cars.

Distances
The family resort of Cala Egos with its restaurants, bars and shops is a 5 minute walk. Cala d'Or marina with its great restaurants, bars and stunning views is a 12 minute stroll, whilst Cala d'Or centre offers a further wide variety of restaurants, bars entertainment and shops to suit all ages and tastes.
The beautiful fishing village of Porto Petro is only 5 minutes away by car and is ideal for a leisurely afternoon watching the world go by.

Booking notes
Please contact us to check availability. A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure bookings. A confirmation will be sent on receipt of deposit outlining the balance and the due date. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday, if payment is not received by the due date you will be deemed to have cancelled your holiday. Bookings within 8 weeks of the holiday date will require payment in full. There is also a £100 refundable damage deposit for major breakages.
